It’s very easy, you can order through our android app or website. We pick up your clothes, do them as per requirement (wash/dry clean/iron) and deliver back at your doorstep within the committed time.

Our rider carries a weight machine by which he weight your laundry in front of you

Usually it takes 4 to 5 clothes in a Kg and it also depends on the fabric of your cloth.

Turnaround time for laundry (wash & fold/wash & iron) is 24 Hours

- Turnaround time for dry cleaning is 2-3 days (depending upon articles for cleaning)

You can pay with cash, card or online.

You can use our express delivery. In which we will deliver your clothes within 7 hours. Express Delivery charges are according to area.

You can inform us, we can adjust accordingly. Alternatively, we can drop at an alternate location if needed.

You can inform us about that and we will take care of it.

You can register a complaint with our operations team and we will sort it out on a priority.

Please make sure you empty your pockets before giving us laundry. If we find something, we will make sure it is returned to you.

For washing, we take a minimum of 3 Kg of clothes. For dry cleaning, we take minimum 5 articles.

No, your clothes are laundered by our fully automated machines where we have very experienced washing & ironing professionals.

We do take care of fabric first. We can clean all washable stains.

No, washing is mandatory in our services.

Your clothes are more than safe. They are washed in Fully automated Machines, super quality detergents and softeners are used. Dryers are used to dry your clothes and the best part is that we provide steam iron, they puts a new life in your clothes.
